“What’s Your Driver?…”
The Japanese, renowned for their love of sea food have long since depleted most edible sea life around the island and have been forced to go further out to sea to catch fish.
The problem arose when the distance became so far that to keep the fish fresh they had to freeze the catch. The Japanese consumers having been brought up and knowing the meat so well could taste that the fish had been frozen and started complaining about it.
So the fishermen came up with a novel idea of keeping the fish alive in large tanks inside the fishing trawlers. The consumers where still unhappy as now they could taste the fact that the fish had been sluggish in cramped conditions, depleted of oxygen.
They wanted fresh fish!
The solution is ingenious and amazing in its simplicity: The fishermen put a small shark into the tank, thereby making the fish swim and create enough movement and oxygen to keep the Japanese consumers happy.
The little shark is the best analogy for the spark we need inside ourselves to drive us forward propelling us to conquer any obstacle allowing us to achieve unlimited success.
